This is why we encourage clients to incorporate a resistance training routine into their lifestyle. We understand everyone is at a different point in their journey, so incorporating resistance training into your program will look different to everyone.

We believe in training our clients in the most safe and efficient way, which is why all of our programs begin with a foundational phase of training. Without a strong foundation, movement patterns can be altered, and muscular relationships can be changed. In the foundational phase of training you will:
Even during this foundational phase you will begin to see and feel results (ex. improved posture, improved mood, better neuromuscular connection, etc.). After developing a solid base, depending on your fitness goals we move into one of the following training phases:
These training phases can vary in length (ex. if you want/need to lose 5-10lbs vs 20lbs the cutting phase would differ in length). In the initial consultation you and your coach will discus your fitness goals and your coach will develop a periodized training plan accordingly.
